Join Empatica at the 2019 Walk to End Epilepsy in D.C.

It's time to lace up those sneakers! The Walk to End Epilepsy - which raises money for research, services and education about epilepsy - takes place Saturday, April 27th at the National Mall in Washington D.C. It's a great opportunity to come together and support people living with epilepsy, while staying active and getting outdoors.

While we won't be out on the track, we'll have a booth (look out for a huge Empatica banner) to educate people about Embrace2 and how its seizure monitoring and alerting system works. We'll also have a discount code for anyone that's interested in buying one. The code can be used online at the time of purchase, however a prescription will still be required before we can ship for all U.S. orders.

Epilepsy gets 10 times less funding than other brain disorders, so we highly encourage you to spread the word to your friends and family. Come enjoy activities, music, entertainment, and help improve the lives of people living with epilepsy.

If you're not in the D.C. area you can still donate to the event, or find a Walk to End Epilepsy near you at
WalkToEndEpilepsy.org.

All the Embracers out there who will be attending the event are invited to share their Embrace picture on social media by tagging @Empatica_wearables on Instagram and @empatica on Facebook/Twitter. And if you’d like, come and meet us at the booth!

Hope to see you there!
