We hope 2018 has kicked off to a great start for you. In the spirit of celebrating the passing of the old into the new, we’ve created a brand new Alert app for you.
Here’s what we have in store for you in the latest Alert v3.2.3 release:
- Improved Alert Location feature
- Tips & Tutorials on-the-go
- Interactive Alert app onboarding

Improved Alert Location feature
Your favorite and most sought- after feature is now getting better. The Alert Location feature will now include an accuracy estimation. In essence, for those subscribed to Standard plans or higher, your caregiver will receive an SMS with the location info that also tells them how accurate the GPS position is. If the initial GPS location is not accurate enough, the app will now send a follow-up SMS to your caregivers with an updated GPS location. This improvement will allow your caregivers to better use the location information we process from your phone, and make sure your caregivers have the most accurate location possible so they can help you as quickly as possible.
Tips & Tutorials on- the- go:
To get the most out of Embrace and Alert, there’s a few things that are worth knowing. What could be better than to have the best tips and fixes for your issues when you’re on the move! Your Alert app now has a brand new page with helpful tips and engaging video tutorials that will get you back on track in a snap.
Interactive Alert app onboarding:
We’ve improved the onboarding steps, to simplify your Embrace setup: you will be up and running in no time! Going through each screen, you will now also be able to learn about the most important aspects of using Embrace and Alert while also simultaneously setting it up for use.
Now that you know what’s in the new release all you need to do is to update your app to the latest available version from either the Play Store or the App Store.
