Getting set up with the Empatica Health Monitoring Platform is easy. First, sign-up and create your Care Lab Portal account via this link . Using the Care Lab Portal, you can create login credentials for your participants so they can login to the Care Lab App (available on both Android and iOS ). The Care Lab App should be installed on the compatible smartphone that the participant will use alongside the EmbracePlus during data collection. The Care Lab App will provide simple step-by-step instructions to pair with the EmbracePlus. Once the pairing is complete, the data collection will begin and you can access your raw data and digital biomarkers through the Care Lab Portal.

We recommend using our online store to buy your package for smaller studies, requiring 10 devices or fewer. It costs $2,400 for every EmbracePlus device you add to your plan. No matter how many devices you add, you will have access to your data via the Empatica Cloud for 3 years. Volume discount is available from 5 devices and up. If your study requires a larger number of devices, write to our team for a more bespoke solution.
