What are the shipping times and costs?
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. The shipping costs depend on the location of the shipping address, and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that shipping charges do not include potential customs or import fees.
What will I receive after I order?
Once you have completed your order, we will ship the quantity of EmbracePlus devices you requested by secure post. Every EmbracePlus comes packaged with a USB charger and a Quick Reference Guide. You will also receive the tracking details for your order via email, as well as instructions on how to set up your Care Lab Portal account and get started with the Empatica Health Monitoring Platform.
How many devices can I order?
We recommend using our online store to buy your package for smaller studies, requiring 30 devices or fewer. Volume discounts are available from 5 devices and up and are automatically applied upon checkout. If your study requires a larger number of devices, reach out to our team for a more bespoke solution. Our team will contact you via email as soon as possible.
Can I purchase additional years of data?
The purchase of the Academic & Basic Research plan subscription includes access to the Care Lab App, Care Portal, and Empatica Cloud in a 3-year or 5-year bundle. After that, additional subscriptions to the software can be purchased on a yearly basis.
