How can I purchase the Professional plan?
To place an order, we recommend using our online store to buy your package for smaller studies, requiring 10 devices or fewer. Volume discounts are available from 5 devices and up and are automatically applied upon checkout. If your study requires a larger number of devices, reach out to our team for a more bespoke solution. Our team will contact you via email as soon as possible.
The Professional Plan of the Empatica Health Monitoring Platform includes the leasing of EmbracePlus and access to the Care Lab app, Care Portal, and Empatica Cloud for 3 years.
If you are in possession of an E4, you might be eligible for an upgrade to EmbracePlus at reduced costs. Please fill out this form to check your eligibility.

How many studies, sites and participant login credentials can I create?
Our Professional plan includes one Care Portal account with a unique professional email address. This allows the creation of 1 Study, 1 Site and unlimited participant login credentials.
How will I access the data collected?
The Care App uploads the collected data to our backend which will then be processed and stored on Amazon S3 servers. Each user will have their own private S3 bucket, accessible in different ways with the data access key and secret access key: AWS SDK AWS CLI (Command Line Interface) File transfer apps (i.e. Cyberduck) Both the Raw Data files (in AVRO format) and the processed Digital Biomarkers (CSV format) are available on the Amazon S3 bucket.
