Talk to our teamThe Aria algorithm can be integrated within the Empatica Care platform where it can alert and display a calculated output both to the user and their caregiver or observer when a high risk of infection is detected.

User wears the EmbracePlus

Aria runs a daily risk assessment on collected sensor data

'High Risk' users are alerted so they can self-isolate and seek testing
The wearable collects the user's physiological data and vitals, and transmit the information to the Care platform.

Aria interprets and assesses the user's health and risk of infection, allowing for early intervention or self-isolation.
Aria can be used in a clinical setting to track multiple recovering patients remotely, or to safeguard schools and workplaces while always preserving the privacy of wearers.

Frontline workers risk their health without hesitation, acting for the well-being of others. Aria can keep them safe, tracking and interpreting those key vitals they may otherwise never have time to check.
In early 2018, we began investigating early respiratory infection detection through an initiative funded by the U.S. Government's BARDA Division of Research, Innovation and Ventures (DRIVe), under the Department of Health and Human Services. The project's output was a machine-learning algorithm to detect and predict the earliest stages of infection, before symptoms presented, in collaboration with our University Partners at Columbia and Duke as part of the Prometheus Project.
