We take the time to review every CV carefully (a real human always reads it!) Then we’ll follow up with feedback and clear next steps.
What can I expect from the recruitment process?
You’ll go through a structured journey: a live video interview or one-way video interview, a technical interview, a small homework task (where applicable), a cultural fit call, a day where we invite you to our office, and finally a chance to meet Senior Managers and our CEO and Co-Founder.
That feels like a lot of steps! Why is your recruitment process so long?
Our process is intentionally thorough because we want to make sure the match feels right on both sides: it gives us the chance to really get to know you, and just as importantly, it gives you the space to evaluate us. This care has a real impact: our turnover rate has consistently been around 5%, compared to the 15–18% average in tech, and we’re proud of that.
Will I receive feedback if I'm not selected?
Yes. We always get back to you, and we make sure you receive feedback as soon as possible, no matter the final decision.
Can I apply in a language other than English?
We only accept applications in English since it’s the language we use across teams and locations. All our work is conducted in English.
Do you offer internship or entry-level opportunities?
Yes, we regularly open internship and junior roles. So keep an eye on our Careers page, and we also run an annual Engineering Graduate Program (link).
What is your hybrid working policy?
We operate a flexible hybrid model where employees can choose to work from home or from the office, in alignment with their teams. That said, we always enjoy seeing people in person, and on average, our teams spend around three days per week in the office.
What does onboarding look like if I join the team?
You’ll have a clear and welcoming onboarding plan with plenty of support, both from our People & Culture team (to help you navigate how we work and our environment) and from your team through a dedicated tech onboarding to get you set up on tools and ways of working. From day one, you’ll also have opportunities to connect with your team so you can feel part of the group right away.
